Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel and what is refundable. No hidden fees: whatever is not in the listed price is stated in your written quote first.
Free trials
If we offer you a free trial, no card is needed to start and the trial ends automatically when it is over. You are not charged unless you choose to continue.
Monthly plans
- Monthly plans can be cancelled any time with 30 days' written notice.
- There is no refund for the current month.
- Website monthly plans also carry the 12-month minimum shown on our pricing page, which is stated in your order form.
One-time projects
- One-time projects start with a 50% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable once design work starts.
- The remaining balance is due before launch.
- Care plans and other monthly add-ons follow the monthly plan rules above.
Setup fees
Setup fees are non-refundable once the setup has been delivered.
Quoted services
Services quoted to your business (such as the AI phone receptionist) follow the cancellation terms written in your order form.
How to cancel or ask
Email contact@tradehiveagency.com with your business name and what you would like to cancel. We reply within 2 business days. This policy does not limit rights you have under the law. See also our Terms of Service.
