Who we are and who these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of tradehiveagency.com and to services provided by TradeHive LLC. Our services are for businesses and are not for anyone under 16. If you buy a service, your written proposal or order form sets the scope, price and term. If it conflicts with these terms, the order form wins.

Our services

We build websites and set up AI phone and messaging tools, review requests, search visibility, website care, email protection and security documents, as described on our services page. Descriptions and starting prices on the site are a summary. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing before you pay.

Fees and billing

• Prices marked “starting at” are starting prices and depend on scope.
• Anything not included in a listed price is shown in your written quote before you approve it.
• Website monthly plans carry a 12-month minimum term, as shown on our pricing page.
• Monthly plans cancel with 30 days' notice, one-time projects start with a 50% deposit, and setup fees are non-refundable once delivered. See the Refund Policy.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise search rankings, mentions in AI assistants, review counts, calls, leads or revenue. Results depend on many things outside our control.

AI tools

AI phone and messaging tools can misunderstand speech or give an incomplete answer. You are responsible for reviewing how they are set up for your business, for checking the bookings and messages they pass to you, and for telling your customers when they are speaking with an automated system if the law requires it.

Your content and ownership

• You keep ownership of the text, images, logos and data you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
• If you buy the one-time website option, the site design and code we built for you become yours once you have paid in full. On a monthly plan, we host and maintain it for you while the plan is active.
• We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how.
• With your permission, we may show the finished site in our portfolio.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services or this site for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, and do not try to disrupt or break into our systems. Review automation must invite every customer, and we will not set it up to hide or filter reviews.

Warranty and liability

The site and services are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending a service

Either of us may end a service as set out in your order form. We may suspend a service for non-payment or misuse. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, liability and payment of fees owed) continue after ending.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and TradeHive LLC consent to those courts.
