Our approach
A gentler way to begin.
Consultation
A conversation, not a sales pitch. Your clinician asks about your skin, your routine and your goals, and talks through what is and is not suitable.
A written plan
You receive a simple plan with the treatments discussed, approximate timings and example costs. Nothing begins until you have agreed to it.
Treatment
Unhurried appointments in a quiet room. Products and techniques are explained as we go, and you can pause at any point.
Aftercare
Written aftercare for every treatment, and a follow-up message from the studio to see how you are feeling.
About Lumen
Four treatment rooms, no rush.
Lumen is a small studio built around longer appointments and fewer, better-explained treatments. We keep the room quiet, the schedule loose and the language plain.
Clinical treatments are carried out by licensed clinicians under the supervision of our consulting physician. Esthetic and body treatments are given by trained estheticians and therapists.
We do not promise outcomes. We explain what a treatment involves, what to expect afterwards, and when it is better not to proceed.
